Generation Z or ¡Generation (¡Gen) is the generational group that came after the millennials, they born in the middle of 1990’s up to the middle of 2000’s. At over two billions individuals, Generation Z is the most populous generational cohort of all time. They live in a high tech world of constant updates and having more access to a lot of new apps like Snapchat and Instagram. Generation Z is famous for its preference for work individually and because they think more about their future. Some of the characteristics are that the Generation Z have more racial diversity and they spend more time online.
