Adverbs of frequency 

We use it when we want to describe how often we makes some actions.
Examples:
  • Always: Means that we makes these actions everyday (100%)
  • Usually (80%)
  • Often (60%)
  • Rarely (40%)
  • Never: Means that we makes these actions any day (20%)

Usually, often and rarely are in descending order, that means that we make the actions a little less.

Sentences

They are always sad
Verb to be + adverb


She always run in the park
Adverb + verb 

➸ We put the adverb first when the sentence have a verb

Examples:
  • He is never happy
  • She is usually confused
  • My dad is always angry 

  • She often do execise
  • He usually drink water
  • They never eat pizza
