Adverbs of frequency
We use it when we want to describe how often we makes some actions.
Examples:
- Always: Means that we makes these actions everyday (100%)
- Usually (80%)
- Often (60%)
- Rarely (40%)
- Never: Means that we makes these actions any day (20%)
Usually, often and rarely are in descending order, that means that we make the actions a little less.

They are always sad
Verb to be + adverb
She always run in the park
Adverb + verb
➸ We put the adverb first when the sentence have a verb
Examples:
- He is never happy
- She is usually confused
- My dad is always angry
- She often do execise
- He usually drink water
- They never eat pizza
